Email support@concordhq.uswith a link to the story. Include what looked wrong and, if you can, which outlet's reporting conflicts with it — that's exactly the kind of signal that improves the underlying analysis.
Why does a story's confidence score or summary change over time?
Concord re-analyzes stories as new reporting arrives — that's intentional, not a bug. Every story page has a Truth Evolution section showing exactly what changed and when, with the AI's real reasoning at each step.
Can I request that a news source be added?
Yes — use the source request form. Requests are visible to the community and ranked by votes.
